If you are booking your stay more than 60 days from your arrival date, ask about splitting the payment between now and 60 days prior to arrival.

🛡️ Deposit Forfeiture
The security deposit may be forfeited if there is/are:
- Intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful conduct.
- Evidence of and/or damage caused by pets (pets are prohibited).
- Evidence of smoking/vaping.
- Damage by unauthorized groups.
- Failure to follow cleaning guidelines (remove linens, clean dishes, remove trash).
- Loss of use or damage to the property.
- Any action violating Ocean Lakes rules or local/state/federal laws.
- Loud disturbances/house parties; please respect neighbors.
- Improper parking (don’t extend into the street or use another site’s space).
- Failure to follow Ocean Lakes policies (age curfew and other key points).
🗓️ Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days prior to arrival: full refund, less a $100 administration fee.
- 31–60 days prior: we retain the $300.00 deposit; any additional payments are refunded.
- 30 days or less prior: no refund (includes cancellations, refusal of the rental property, or no-shows).
- Goodwill Flexibility: If you cancel < 30 days prior and we rebook the same dates, we’ll refund the amount recovered (less the deposit).
- Occupancy Rights: We may discontinue occupancy if, in our sole opinion, continued stay is detrimental to the premises.
🧼 Cleaning Policy
A $250.00 cleaning service is required for every reservation. Linens are included.
Please remove sheets and remake beds with covers & pillows, wash dirty dishes, and take out trash.
The home is professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Report any cleaning problem by 9:00 PM on check-in day
or by 10:00 AM the following morning.
